A family-owned steakhouse is about to open in Celina.

The Forge 1912 is owned by Brian and Kristen Ethridge and will offer grass-fed steaks, craft cocktails and a selection of wines. All steaks are sourced from Texas ranchers, according to its website.

Along with steaks, its menu includes appetizers, soups, salads and sandwiches. The restaurant also offers Texas-style dinners, such as pecan crusted chicken, grilled salmon and pork chops. Dessert options include Ferrero Rocher chocolate mousse, pecan pie and cinnamon roll peach cobbler.
