Cava is expected to open a location at The Gates of Prosper, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The project is a renovation of space for an estimated $800,000 early next year before the restaurant opens in the location, according to the filing.
Cava serves Mediterranean bowls, salads and pitas.
This would be the town's first Cava location.
