Allied BioScience announced Feb. 4 it will relocate its offices within Plano to 7500 Dallas Parkway, Ste. 800. This move will double the square footage of biotech company's current office space at 7800 Dallas Parkway, Plano, making room for the recent and future growth in the company, a release said.

This recent growth for Allied BioScience comes from its creation and Environmental Protection Agency authorization in August for use of SurfaceWise2, an antiviral surface coating to protect against COVID-19.

"The expansion of Allied BioScience, a homegrown Plano company, is further evidence that we are a city of excellence and innovation," Plano Mayor Harry LaRosiliere said in the release. "Plano is excited to see Allied BioScience grow their footprint as they develop a game-changing solution to fight the spread of infectious diseases."

The company has worked in the biotech field with a special interest in fighting infectious disease for more than a decade, Allied BioScience CEO Michael Ruley said in the release. 214-432-5580. www.alliedbioscience.com
