Plano saw fewer homes listed across the board in the month of May, compared to the same period in 2019.
Every major Plano ZIP code saw a fall in the number of new listings year over year during the second full month of the state and local coronavirus restrictions, according to market data provided by the Collin County Association of Realtors.
As fewer homes were listed, the homes that sold saw a modest rise in median sale price year over year.
