Phenix Salon Suites announced in early June it had reopened its Collin Creek location at 1017 N. Central Expressway, Ste. 200, Plano. The location offers space for small-business owners to operate their salons. It was renovated during the temporary closure and is under new management. New model suites and salon furniture were part of the renovation. The salon is observing the state’s safety guidelines for businesses. 214-720-2258. www.phenixsalonsuites.com
