Coco Shrimp is opening soon in Plano.

The restaurant will offer a number of Hawaiian-inspired dishes, such as lemon herb shrimp plates, garlic butter shrimp plats, shrimp tacos and more. According to the company website, the chain began as a food truck, and a brick-and-mortar opened location in downtown Fort Worth in 2019.
