Miami Vibes held a grand opening March 16 in Plano.

Christen Lockett, Miami Vibes public relations director, said in an email that the restaurant’s menu features the best of Miami’s favorites.

The dinner menu includes items such as Cajun deviled eggs and Chicken Rasta Pasta. The brunch menu features a variety of entrees, such as empanadas, omelets and French toast. The restaurant also serves grits with five protein options: shrimp, oxtails, snapper, crab cake and lamb chops. Cocktails boast Miami-themed names, such as Welcome to Miami and I-95.

“Miami Vibes was established with the goal of bringing a fun, upscale vibe dining experience to the north Dallas area,” the company website states. “With palm trees, neon lights, Miami-inspired drinks, signature cocktails and delicious southern Caribbean cuisine, Miami Vibes brings a new vibrant light to our Dallas neighborhood.”
