Making the coffee shop more authentic, a Luke's Diner sign was displayed outside, and a "no cell phones" sign was posted behind the bar.

The event comes as Netflix launches the show's revival and honors the first episode's 16th anniversary. A reboot of the show, "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life" is scheduled to air on Netflix on Nov. 25.
