The restaurant is the work of Andrew and Jennifer Albert, the former owners of Picasso’s Pizza & Grill, and their son, Justin Andrew Albert, according to an Oct. 12 news release. Picasso’s previously had three locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Andrew’s will feature the Dallas-style pizza Picasso’s was known for as well as pizza styles made famous in Chicago, Detroit, Philadelphia and New York, according to its menu. The menu will also include pasta dishes, salads, calzones, burgers and sandwiches.
“We wanted this to be a pizza lover's dream,” Andrew Albert said in the release. “All of the menu items are high-quality and work well together under the American theme, but overall, the pizza, along with the cutting-edge cooking methods and recipes, is at the highest level, making us the local go-to pizza place for all styles of pizza.”
