Coit Marketplace, at 9617 Coit Road, on the corner of Coit Road and Ridgeview Drive, will feature Kroger as its anchor as well as several other restaurants and businesses, Venture Commercial transaction manager Mia Ureña said in an email.
Kroger, currently located at 9700 Coit Road, will relocate here in the Fall.
The timeline
United Commercial Development is developing the property and Venture Commercial leases the property.
Ureña said portions of the project will be ready for tenants to begin their buildout process in October or November and others will be ready in March 2025. Urena said the buildout process can take more than 6 months to complete.
