Construction is 70 percent complete on the first phase of the 4th Army Drive extension. The first phase will construct a two-lane connection from Lebanon Road to the existing driveway entrance to Stewart Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant. The second phase of the project is anticipated to begin this fall. The project consists of constructing a two-lane roadway and bridge from SCWWTP to Timber Ridge Road. Access to the dog park and B.F. Phillips Park will be maintained during construction.
Timeline: August 2015-December (first phase), December 2016-January 2018 (second phase)

The Dallas Parkway project is halfway complete. The northbound and southbound frontage roads of the Dallas North Tollway will be widened from SH 121 to Eldorado Parkway. As part of part of the project, Lebanon Road is being widened from Starwood Drive to Dallas Parkway to add a thru lane and eastbound right- and left-turn lanes at Dallas Parkway. The portion from SH 121 to Lebanon Road to Eldorado Parkway is in the design phase.

US 380 is being widened to six lanes from Custer Road to Loop 288. The portion from Custer Road to Lovers Lane is near completion and a median is being added as part of the widening project.
The section from Lovers Lane to CR 26 is only about 20 percent complete and the portion from CR 26 to Loop 288 is still under the design phase.

Construction is near completion on the first phase of the Rockhill Parkway extension. The roadway is being extended and widened to six lanes from CR 26 to Coit Road.
The section that stretched from CR 26 to Dallas Parkway has been put on hold as a result of TxDOT’s US 380 construction. The section from Dallas Parkway to Preston Road is open to traffic. Construction on the section from Preston Road to Coit Road is expected to begin construction in summer 2017.
The project includes light installations and constructing a bridge.
