Early voting for the primary election runoff begins today and runs through May 20. The runoff election day is May 24. Heath City Council member Justin Holland and Frisco City Council member John Keating are running against each other for the Texas House District 33 seat. Holland is the co-owner and manager of Regal Realtors and is a native of Rockwall. Keating is a U.S. Army veteran and is the mayor pro tem for Frisco City Council.
