A 15,060 square foot office and medical building near the Highway 114 and 121 connector was sold last week to a local investor.

The sale price and buyer of the building was not disclosed, but Mark Boone, the director of commercial sales and leasing for Realty Capital Management, said that the building is 100 percent occupied.

"The main draw for the location is it's on Main Street and right off Highway 114," Boone said in a telephone interview on Thursday. "There are 12 tenants in the 15,000 square foot building. It was built in 1972 and updated a few time in the 2000s."

The building sits south of downtown Grapevine at 1340 Main St.
