During the cold months, there's a peppermint martini on the menu at Mac's Steaks & Seafood on SH 121 in Colleyville.

But with the temperature rising and winter giving way to spring, it will be replaced by the Hibiscus Martini, a much more seasonally appropriate cocktail, owner Rena Frost said.

With St. Germain—a French elderflower liqueur—Grey Goose pear vodka, champagne and an actual, edible hibiscus flower at the bottom of the glass, the cocktail is very unique, Frost said.

"It's a snack and a drink!" Frost said.

Mac's offers $5 martinis during happy hour.
