The Grapevine In-N-Out Burger is taking shape along William D. Tate Avenue, and is expected to open in two to three months.

Carl Van Fleet, vice president of planning and development for the burger chain, said the opening day could change if they run into construction delays, but none are anticipated.

Van Fleet said in an email that hiring will begin soon. The starting wage, he said, is $10.50 an hour. Applicants can apply online starting in mid-June at www.in-n-out.com.

Earlier In-N-Out openings in North Texas drew hundreds of people. In Frisco, fans of the California burger chain camped out overnight to be first in line. In Fort Worth, the drive-through lines stretched for blocks even weeks after the store opened.

The Grapevine store joins the busy area at William D. Tate Avenue and Hwy. 114 that already includes Grimaldi's Pizzeria, Eatzi's Market and Bakery and others.
