Kuma Ramen is now open at 5121 Collin McKinney Parkway, Ste. 800, McKinney, and will have its grand opening celebration July 17. The restaurant serves traditional Japanese-style ramen and sushi dishes, with ramen broth that is prepared for more than eight hours and with no artificial powders.
