Serendipity Labs will open this spring at 7540 SH 121, Ste. 150, McKinney. The business will be located inside a mixed-use development in McKinney called Hub 121, which is being built at the northeast corner of SH 121 and Alma Road. The 27,500-square-foot location will span the first, second and third floors at the Hub 121 office park.
