DATA: Here are the latest real estate trends in McKinney

The number of homes listed for sale decreased in McKinney in October as compared to the same period in 2019.
The city's 353 new listings in October were a 10.85% decrease from the amount last year. Three of the four ZIP codes in McKinney saw a drop in the number of new listings year over year, while listings in ZIP code 75071 remained flat, according to market data provided by the Collin County Association of Realtors.

Despite new listings decreasing, the number of homes under contract in McKinney increased in two of the city's ZIP codes.


The median sales price of homes that were sold saw increases in each of McKinney's primary ZIP codes in October.


The percentage of asking price received for homes sold in October saw a modest increase in each of McKinney's primary ZIP codes as compared to the same period in 2019.
