The Kebab Shop is slated to open in January in McKinney’s West Grove, a business representative said.

The eatery will serve a variety of Mediterranean dishes featuring rotisserie and grilled kebabs, including wraps, bowls and plates. Side dish options will include hummus, falafel, grilled vegetables and more, the company’s website states.
