Pho Lane, an express service Vietnamese restaurant, is now open in McKinney.

The restaurant, owned by husband and wife Michael and Trinh Yambao, is a new concept inspired by their favorite Vietnamese dishes.

The menu includes pho, a Vietnamese soup dish, and customers are able to choose their broth flavor, noodle and protein type as well as customize the vegetable toppings. Other dishes on the menu include a vermicelli noodle dish, Vietnamese sandwiches and salad. Pho Lane will also offer “Texas-sized” spring rolls and egg rolls, Trinh Yambao said.
