The new family-owned restaurant is located at 2960 Eldorado Parkway, Ste. 50, McKinney. The eatery offers Japanese-style handrolls, sushi and sashimi with an emphasis on fresh and simple ingredients, Kim said.

“We try to keep the freshness of the fish and the taste of a natural fish alive, and not try to ... overpower it with all the sauces and too [many] other ingredients.”
