Two new upscale hotels are now under construction near US 75 and Eldorado Parkway.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott, 2660 S. Central Expressway, will be a 128-room hotel and is expected to open in October 2017.

Home2 Suites by Hilton, 2630 S. Central Expressway, will be a 107-room hotel and is expected to open in October 2017.

According to city documents, these hotels are considered to be upscale, mid-priced hotels designed for both business and leisure travelers. The two hotels will be adjacent to the established Eldorado Plaza, whose tenants include Trader Joe’s, Belk, Starbucks, Pier 1 Imports and Chico’s.

The entrances to the hotel will be via US 75 and through the Belk parking lot. There will not be a connection to neighboring Country Club Drive.
