380 Towne Crossing, a roughly 137,000-square-foot shopping center built in 2007, has been acquired by Dallas-based Younger Partners Investments.

The deal, announced Jan. 6, also included the acquisition of Longview Towne Center, a roughly 151,000-square-foot shopping center in Longview, Texas, the release states.

The details

The center, which is anchored by Super Target and Lowe’s Home Improvement, was acquired from developer Weber & Company, a news release states. The shopping center is 98.2% occupied, and features other business and restaurants including:The release also noted that a freestanding 12,000-square-foot space in the McKinney shopping center, currently occupied by Party City, will be available for a new tenant due to the company’s recently announced bankruptcy filing.
