Elite Garages McKinney is set to debut luxury garage condominiums in 2025.

A groundbreaking event was held for the project Oct. 5 and featured various luxury cars on display.

The details

The development will feature over 60 units spread across five buildings, with units ranging in size from 1,300 to 1,900 square feet, according to the business’s website. The units, which are available for sale or lease, can be used to store things like:
  • Luxury cars
  • Motorcycles
  • RVs
  • Boats and personal watercraft
The garages are customizable, with optional amenities such as epoxy flooring, a private restroom, a mezzanine, automotive lifts and more. The facility will also include a clubhouse with full bathrooms, a kitchen and event space. Additionally, the gated development will offer 24/7 access for unit owners, according to its website.

“Elite Garages will be a place for the community of car enthusiasts in McKinney to store and work on their toys,” the business’s website states.

Diving in deeper

The project, which broke ground in early October, is expected to see vertical construction begin in February, a project representative said. Completion of the project shell is expected in August.

McKinney City Council members unanimously approved a rezoning request to allow for the development of the project at an April meeting.

Quote of note

“Elite Luxury Garages are more than just a place to store your car or boat, each unit can be a retreat,” Elite Garages representative Danny Riggs said in a statement. “It is a place where you can blend aesthetics and functionality and create a place to gather with friends. This makes each space personal and unique, just like McKinney."
