The setup
The downtown McKinney-area is home to over 120 independently owned businesses, according to the city of McKinney’s website.
The businesses include restaurants serving a variety of cuisines along with wineries and dessert shops. The McKinney square is also home to a number of boutiques and shops offering products, such as clothing, antiques, home goods, art and gifts.

Cocktail Creamery, an ice cream shop that serves alcohol-infused treats, also moved from its previous spot inside The Pantry Restaurant to a new location on the square.
Farm-to-table restaurant Harvest also recently reopened under a new name following a relocation on the downtown square.
