The 5.4-acre RV park, located at 8888 Easy Lane, McKinney, has 20 spots available to rent by the day, week or month. The RV park was intended to accommodate short-term guests and travelers as well as long-term guests looking for an affordable housing option, Marsh said.
The business also offers amenities for guests, such as a laundry room, a dog park, outdoor seating and more. The owners are also planning to add a tiny home Airbnb for rent on the property, they said.
“It's a slice of the country in the middle of the city,” Marsh said.
