Officials with Chicken N Pickle broke ground on its new location at The Farm in Allen, a 135-acre mixed use development just south of McKinney, on Feb. 8, according to a news release.

The family-friendly entertainment venue will include a chef-driven restaurant and a sports bar, with a main dining area large enough to accommodate events, according to the release. Chicken N Pickle’s menu includes sandwiches, salads, shareable plates, cocktails and more.

The venue will also offer yard games, such as cornhole, Jenga and ping pong, as well as both indoor and outdoor pickleball courts.

“At Chicken N Pickle, we invented the idea of combining high-quality food, craft cocktails and the ever-growing sport of pickleball,” said Brad Clarke, CEO of Chicken N Pickle, in the release.

The location is the third in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for Chicken N Pickle, which currently has venues in five states and locations under development in four more. Chicken N Pickle will join other entertainment venues at the Farm in Allen, including High 5 and The Hub, according to the news release.

“A quality mixed-use development is not about building buildings; it is about providing great experiences,” JaRyCo President Bruce Heller said in the release. “We want unique amenities for The Farm, and Chicken N Pickle certainly helps us meet that goal.”
