Two new businesses have signed leases at the Lakeside International Office Center in Flower Mound, according to a press release from the developer, Realty Capital Management. Cloud-based telecommunications company Intrado Corp. and Montare Resources, which acquires and develops gas and oil assets, will move into corporate offices in the development.

Lakeside International Office Center, at 777 and 737 International Parkway, began construction in July 2019 and was completed in September 2020, according to the press release. Five other tenants were previously announced: Mind Matters Psychiatry, Revolution Plastics, Texas Bank & Trust, Prime Capital Investment Advisors and IntelliCentrics. www.intrado.com, www.montare-resources.com
