Thrift City will close its doors for the last time Dec. 31. The store, located at 1565 W. Main St., Ste. 100, Lewisville, sold secondhand apparel and home items. The company said it is closing this location because Lewisville ISD purchased the property several years before and is about to begin redevelopment on the property. The store will be open till 7 p.m. Dec. 30-31, and all items are 50% off. 972-221-2400. www.thriftcityllc.com
