Flower Mound sold more homes than Lewisville or Highland Village in the past year, but Highland Village saw the largest percentage increase in homes sold among the three cities.


The average sales price for homes in the three cities all saw year-over-year increases.


With a nearly 70% change year over year, Highland Village saw the largest percentage decline in the average number of days that homes for sale spent on the market while Flower Mound saw a 50% drop, and Lewisville saw a 34% decline in average days on the market.


A look at the housing market in Lewisville, Flower Mound and Highland Village by ZIP code offers a closer look at what is happening. ZIP code 75028 saw a 16.43% increase year-over-year in the number of homes sold, the largest gain of the six ZIP codes.


ZIP code 75056 saw a 10.23% increase in the average home sales price, making it the largest percentage change among the ZIP codes in Lewisville, Flower Mound and Highland Village. ZIP code 75022 had a 10.2% increase in average sales price.
