Here's the latest real estate market data for Lewisville, Flower Mound and Highland Village

Fewer area homes were sold between June 2019 and May 2020 than in the previous comparable 12-month period.

The average sales price fluctuated slightly between the two years, and days spent on the market varied depending on the area.


Year-over-year, the number of new home listings in Lewisville, Flower Mound and Highland Village dropped in May.

The median home sale price went up in all six of the area's ZIP codes compared to the previous year, according to market data from the Collin County Association of Realtors.
