The food truck operates by Tractor Supply at 1200 S. Loop 288, but it also operates at the The Vista mall in Lewisville some Saturdays. The company boasts from-scratch seasonings for fried chicken, fried fish, chicken wings and more. Some menu items include fried catfish over a bed of french fries married with housemade cheese sauce, specialty sauce and original dust seasoning garnished with green onions as well as the fried fish sandwich on a brioche bun with homemade tartar sauce.
