The steel framework has been erected and is scheduled to complete in several weeks, Churchman said. The 24,273-square-foot building in the heart of Old Town Lewisville will consist of three floors and lease spaces to restaurants, bars, entertainment venues and businesses needing office space.
Restaurants, bars and entertainment companies have expressed interest in becoming tenants, Churchman said. The project has been in the works since 2021 when the city of Lewisville finalized the economic development agreement and property sale to Nack Development.
Nack Development prioritizes downtown areas in North Texas that are poised for growth, and Old Town Lewisville was in its top five targeted areas for development, Churchman said. The company believes it is an up and coming area prime for revitalization.
