Coppell City Council members approved new zoning Jan. 14 so the restaurant can open in a 1,167-square-foot space off of South MacArthur Boulevard. No exterior changes are proposed for the building other than the addition of a restaurant sign that will require a permit, Development Services Administrator Matt Steer said.
The proposed floor plan shows four two-person tables and two four-person tables and expected hours of operation will run from 10 a.m.-midnight daily, Steer said.
Singas Pizza was founded in New York and has since expanded to several states across the U.S. Several locations are being planned in cities across Texas including Frisco, Plano and Prosper, according to its website.
