A new office building is coming soon to Lewisville, Wynmark Commercial broker Mark Pittman said.

The office complex will feature 11 office suites ranging in size from 2,615-square-feet to 3,356-square-feet and will be called The Compound at Lewisville, Pittman said. Located off of Sam Rayburn Tollway, The Compound will offer local business owners the opportunity to purchase their own building.

“We have closed our first building and are pre-sold on the first five buildings of this project,” Pittman said.

This project consists of 10 total buildings with two floor plan options. All units feature modern finishes, personal second floor balconies and signage potentials on the buildings, Pete Stickney with SLX Capital, the developer on the project.

The project is being completed in two phases. In the first phase, the front five buildings will be completed. In the second phase, the other five buildings finish, Pittman said. Phase Two will be completed by March 2025.

“We are excited to bring this concept to the city of Lewisville, as there are no options that allow business owners to purchase small buildings like this in the city”, Stickney said.
