The apartments held its grand opening Aug. 15, Radway said. However, there is still some construction work left on the second building of the three-building complex, which is set to be completed Sept. 15. With all buildings complete, the complex will operate with a total of 420 units.
The company offers studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes, according to its website. Community amenities include a lounge; a saltwater pool with sundeck and private cabana; a resident lounge with bar and entertainment kitchen; a game lounge with billiards and shuffleboard; and a fitness center.
The development is from Toll Brothers Apartment Living and The Davis Companies partnership. The Whitlow was financed with a construction loan from Citizens Bank, commenced construction in 2021 and welcomed its first residents in February 2024, according to an August news release.
