According to its website, the location will be occupied by the American Academy of Aesthetics. The existing space will be renovated for the center in the Highlands at Coppell, a business strip along the 400 block of West State Highway 121. Construction of the more than 2,500-square-foot space is set to begin Sept. 2 with a completion date of Jan. 24 at an estimated cost of $300,000.
The filing lists Peck Architects as the design firm for the project. The firm has designed commercial developments along Main Street in Coppell and a bank renovation in Old Town Lewisville.
