The Carlson Gracie DFW jiu-jitsu team is settled into its new home at The Realm at Castle Hills, according to the company’s social media.

Formerly Carlson Gracie Carrollton, the martial arts gym teaches Brazilian jiu-jitsu classes for sport, fitness and self defense. The gym’s program levels range from fundamental to advanced. In addition to martial arts instruction, Carlson Gracie also offers fitness classes, private training, kids classes and a women's self defense class.

The gym has operated along Trinity Square Drive in Carrollton since 2022, but announced last fall it would be relocating to Lewisville, according to the company’s social media.
