Philly Cheesesteak chain Charleys is now open in Lewisville, according to company staff.

The menu features a selection of cheesesteaks, wings, fries, shakes and more. Charleys also now offers boneless and classic bone in chicken wings hand tossed in chef-inspired rubs and sauces. Wings can be purchased in orders of six, 10, 30, or 50 wings.Einstein Bros. Bagels


A new Einstein Bros. Bagels is now open in Lewisville, according to company staff

The company specializes in freshly baked bagels, breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches and gourmet bagels and sweet pastries. For beverages, the menu features hot and iced coffee and juices. The shop also offers a catering service.Dutch Bros Coffee

Dutch Bros Coffee is now open in Lewisville, according to the company staff.

The coffee shop features a drive thru and offers a variety of coffees from cold brews to Americanos, teas and smoothies. Guests can amp up their drinks with protein with choices like the salted caramel latte made with espresso, protein milk, and topped with a caramel drizzle. Available iced or hot. Park West Crossing

Construction is ongoing for the three remaining buildings of the Park West Crossing master-planned business park in Coppell, said Matthew Smith, vice president of ML Realty Partners, the project developer.

The project began February 2023 at an estimated cost of $18.2 million, according to a project registration with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Construction is scheduled to be complete in the second quarter of 2024, Smith said. The three new buildings will be warehouse and office spaces.

The buildings are each along Southwestern Boulevard at varying square footage, he said.

  • 221 Southwestern Blvd.: 95,071 square feet
  • 301 Southwestern Blvd.: 109,744 square feet
With the completion of the new buildings, the business park will contain a total of 11 buildings ranging from 24,600-142,500 square feet, Smith said.
