Richie Eisemann, franchise operator of SweatHouz in Coppell, said they chose this location because of the nearby businesses.

“We appreciated the synergy of being neighbors with Smoothie King and having Pure Barre & Orange Theory across the street, essentially establishing a wellness district in Coppell,” Eisemann said in an email.

He explained that SweatHouz is a contrast therapy studio, which will have eight private rooms each equipped with an infrared sauna, cold plunge, vitamin C-infused shower and entertainment.
