The project began in February 2023 at an estimated cost of $18.2 million, according to a project registration with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Construction is scheduled to be complete in the second quarter of 2024, Smith said. The three new buildings will be warehouse and office spaces.
The buildings are each along Southwestern Boulevard at varying square footage, he said.
