Sushi Sakana

Japanese cuisine restaurant Sushi Sakana is now open in Coppell.

The store is one of four Sushi Sakanas in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with locations in Plano, Southlake and Uptown Dallas, co-owner James Park said. Park said he tried to create a welcoming atmosphere and hopes guests feel comfortable and enjoy time with friends and family while partaking in high-quality Japanese food.

Grimaldi’s Coal and Brick Oven Pizzeria is now open in Lewisville at The Realm at Castle Hills.

The restaurant serves a variety of pizzas, calzones, salads and desserts, according to the company’s website. It also offers signature cocktails and hand-selected wines.Coming soon

Einstein Bros. Bagels


A new Einstein Bros. Bagels is opening later this year in Lewisville, Public Relations Manager Gabriel Washburn said in an email.

Construction on the 1,580-square-foot shop is set to complete in the fourth quarter of 2023, Washburn said. The company specializes in freshly baked bagels, breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches and coffee. It also features a catering service.Crazy King Burrito

The first Crazy King Burrito is coming to Texas in the Lewisville Towne Crossing business strip.

The company sells 14 different burritos, fresh churros, Mexican Ice Box Cake, and chips and queso. For beverages, it offers a line of Jarritos sodas, horchata, hibiscus iced tea and more. Crazy King Burrito bottled hot sauce will also be available for purchase. There are plans to expand to 20 locations, many of which will be in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, owner Jon Ferguson said.
