Bed Bath & Beyond is closing its Lewisville retail location. It is located in Vista Ridge Plaza at 420 E. FM 3040, Ste. 300. A closing date has not yet been announced. The location is offering discounted items in an effort to clear the store’s shelves.

The company's Lewisville distribution center is also expected to close. A date has not yet been announced. The 800,000-square-foot facility is located at 2900 S. Valley Parkway.

The retailer announced plans to close 150 stores nationwide. Bed Bath & Beyond stated the closures are part of its “customer-focused turnaround plan,” which includes optimizing its store footprint, investing in inventory and pursuing infrastructure improvements, according to a Feb. 7 press release.

Bed Bath & Beyond’s selection includes bedding, kitchen, storage and home decor. The Lewisville retail location’s modified hours are 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Sunday. 214- 488-6164. www.bedbathandbeyond.com
