The Trails at Champions Circle, a multifamily development, is coming to 200 Outlet Blvd. in Fort Worth, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation’s database.

The $35 million construction to build the development is set to begin Aug. 1 and wrap up by Aug. 1, 2023, the database shows. Luciano Bettin of Gray Dove Investment Group said the development will be three stories and have 341 units along with a clubhouse and fitness center.

The Trails at Champions Circle will include a walk-up breezeway, which Bettin said means the ground floor units will have direct access to the outside, while the other units will have the breezeway—a corridor that is open to the air. Gray Dove Investment Group was also behind the 35 West at Champions Circle apartment complex located at 3650 Outlet Blvd. in Fort Worth.
