The number of homes listed for sale decreased in the Keller-Roanoke-Northeast Fort Worth area in July when compared to the same period in 2019.
ZIP codes 76244 and 76177 saw a drop in the number of new listings year over year during a third full month of state and local coronavirus restrictions, according to market data provided by the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors.
There was a sizeable increase in homes for sale in ZIP code 76244 and a slight increase in ZIP code 76262 during the same time period.
Along with a decrease in the total number of homes for sale, the number of homes under contract decreased in three out of four ZIP codes that make up Community Impact Newspaper's coverage area.
Homes under contract decreased in ZIP codes 76177, 76244 and 76248.
However, all four Keller-Roanoke-Northeast Fort Worth ZIP codes saw an increase in the median price of homes sold in July 2020 when compared to the same time last year.
