According to data from the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors, the median price of homes sold has decreased from May 2019 to May 2020 in much of the Keller, Roanoke, Northeast Fort Worth area.
In the four ZIP codes that make up Community Impact Newspaper's coverage area, the 76177 ZIP code saw the largest year-over-year decline in median sales price from $254,850 in May 2019 to $237,000 in May 2020.
During that same time, median sales priced also decreased in ZIP codes 76244 and 76262.
The median home sales price in ZIP code 76244 fell from $247,250 in May 2019 to $232,500 in May 2020, while the price decreased in ZIP code 76262 from $382,500 to $370,000.
Going against the trend, the Keller ZIP code of 76248 has seen an increase in median sales price from $370,650 in May 2019 to $384,961 in May 2020.
