The Center Stage Planned Development was approved in January 2020 by the Keller city council as a 38-acre mixed-use development with a variety of residential and commercial uses in a phased approach.

While The Lyric, an apartment complex with studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments is the largest component of the development so far, several new commercial tenants have moved in recently, including:
  • Airys Family Dentistry
  • Hungry Howie’s Pizza
  • Rumble Boxing
According to previous Community Impact reporting, Keller City Council also approved plans for a subdivision in the development during its March 4 meeting. The subdivision will be called The Summit at Center Stage. The site plan is for 42 single-family lots, related streets, alleyways and open space in the development.
