Blending smash burgers with Asian fare, Sumo Smash is now open in North Fort Worth just west of Alliance Town Center.

The restaurant is taking the location over from Char’d Southeast Asian Kitchen, which closed earlier this year.

Besides burgers and Asian food, the menu includes chicken tenders, salads and roti wraps. Sides include:
  • Spiral fries
  • Sweet potato fries
  • Truffle fries

While there are no alcoholic beverages, Sumo Smash offers soft drinks and nearly 20 varieties of shakes.
