A new restaurant serving brunch is slated to open in May.

Hash Kitchen will offer a chef-driven menu, a build-your-own bloody mary bar and a DJ on weekends. This will be the first location in Texas for the restaurant, with other locations in Arizona and Utah, according to a news release. Its sister concept, The Sicilian Butcher, will open next door a month later.

Created by executive chef Joey Maggiore and his wife, Cristina, the re-imagined brunch menu is known for its variety of hashes, frittatas, scramblers, pancakes and morning cocktails.
