Coco Shrimp is set to open in late April in Keller.

This restaurant will offer a variety of shrimp options, including coconut, sweet and spicy coconut, butter garlic, lemon herb and spicy. Shrimp plates are served with rice and a salad.

According to the company’s website, the founders were inspired by food trucks they frequented while attending college in Hawaii.
